Micromat

The basic solution for nearly all screwdriving tasks of 2 Ncm (3 inch ounces) to 70 Ncm (6.2 inch pounds).

This skinny screwdriver – hardly larger than a ballpoint pen – is designed for the use in a rugged industrial area and this driver series assures extreme high up-times. This special clutch design can reach an extreme high torque accuracy, in many cases below ± 3% of the standard deviation, which is kept constant over several million of cycles.

Minimat

The basic solution for nearly all screwdriving tasks of 0.2 Nm to 20 Nm.

This handheld screwdriver is designed for the use in rugged industrial applications and it assures extreme high up-times. This special clutch design enables our screwdrivers to reach extreme high torque accuracy, in many cases below ± 3% of the standard deviation, which remains constant over several million of cycles.

Micromat-F / Minimat-F

Pneumatic Srewdrivers with additional function control.

If an error occurs, the controller fc20 locks-out the connected Screwdriver. The subsequent assembly process can only be started if the previous task was completed properly. The correct number of tightened screws per assembly can also be controlled.

Sensomat

Test screwdriver with controlled clutch function for screw-joints with higher seating torque than driving torque. The special execution for thread-tapping, thread-cutting or self-drilling fasteners! The SENSOMAT screwdriver first tightens the screw at full motor power and engages the shut-off clutch only shortly before the screwhead bottoms out.

A damaging overtightened of the screw is impossible!
